Perspectives on organizational design with Dave Snowden

Organizational design (OD) is a complex and quite sophisticated endeavour. There is often not one solution, but many perspectives and ways to solve things. In this video, Dave Snowden (the creator of the Cynefin framework) and his friends discuss organizational design perspectives from various points of view, sharing their expertise.
